Experience the history and legends of Transylvania on a full-day trip from Bucharest. This tour brings together Romania’s famous castles, medieval towns, and mountain scenery in one convenient itinerary.

The day begins at a central meeting point in Bucharest, where you will board a comfortable vehicle and travel toward the Carpathian Mountains. Your first stop is Sinaia, a mountain town known for its royal heritage and elegant architecture. Here you will visit Peleș Castle, one of Romania’s most renowned landmarks, admired for its striking exterior, rich history, and scenic setting.

Continue to Brașov, a city surrounded by mountains and known for its medieval atmosphere. Enjoy free time in the Old Town to explore at your own pace, take photos, and see notable landmarks such as the Black Church, Council Square, and Catherine’s Gate.

The journey continues to Bran Castle, one of Romania’s most visited attractions and widely associated with the Dracula legend. Learn about the stories connected to this iconic site and enjoy time in the area, surrounded by the scenic mountain landscape.

• Entrance tickets are not included in the tour price, so we recommend purchasing them in advance as they sell out quickly.
• Please select a time slot between 9–11 AM (or the one from 11AM) for Peleș Castle, and 3 PM for Bran (Dracula’s) Castle.
⁠• ⁠Peleș Castle is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and is visited from the outside on these days.
• Bran Castle may sometimes be visited after Brașov, depending on traffic conditions.
• What to bring: comfortable clothes, cash
• Please arrive 5 minutes before departure.

The trip was really great. The bus collection was well organised and they kept us updated during the ride where we were going, how long it would take and had stops for toilet/snack break. Our tour guide Lucian was very friendly and made the trip so much more fun, with his jokes☺️ we really enjoyed it! He also helped us buy tickets at each castle 👍🏼 10/10 recommend!

Lucien was our guide.He's funny, informative.We enjoyed our day trip very much, the weather was fantastic that day, lots of sunshine. Peles castle is under restoration so there's a lot of scaffolding on the outside.The castle was closed on a Tuesday so we only viewed from the outside, we knew beforehand. Dracula castle was over hyped and touristy. We enjoyed the town of Brasov the most. Delicious Italian meal we had and shopping too.

1 one word: perfect! Recently I had the pleasure of traveling with Narcis, and it was truly a perfect experience! Narcis shared fascinating historical stories that brought our tour to life.
