Evening or Daytime Sightseeing Cruise

Very beautiful experience

The cruise was fantastic and we sat on the covered roof with no windows on the sides for a better view. I am rating them with 3 stars because they let people smoke and we had to sit next to a jackass who smoked 3 cigarettes and his dumb wife 1! My family and I were breathing all their smoke and that ruined our cruise! Please make it a non smoking area! I don't think it would be a big problem for a smoker not to smoke for 60 minutes...!

Oto gotowa opinia po angielsku: ⸻ Unfortunately, the river cruise trip was a complete mass experience with way too many people on board. There was no space to move, it was overcrowded, and because of that I couldn’t see anything. It felt like everything was organized purely for profit, with no concern for the comfort of the guests. Before boarding, I had to wait on the street for about 30 minutes. When it was finally time to get on the boat, the ticket staff member questioned whether I had actually been standing in line and even asked other people to confirm that I was in the queue. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. The whole atmosphere was unpleasant, the organization was poor, and there were far too many passengers for the size of the boat. Instead of a relaxing cruise, it was stressful and disappointing. I didn’t see anything and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The views are priceless, the cruise is very pleasant, delicious welcome lemonade. The places that you manage to take the most determine the satisfaction with the cruise, because you can have a very poor view, or even the lack of it. The line to the dock has formed more than half an hour before the cruise, it is worth being in the first 30 people.

It was on time and enough seating for everyone on board. The information was provided on over head tv screens which was useful since we did not have earphones to listen to the App version of the commentary. It was relaxing and the use of the on board bar was great.

Make sure to go on a day that isn’t a holiday so that the Parliament building is actually lit up.

Day I choose to go started out with drizzle & turned to heavy rain. Around 4.15, trip was booked for 4. 55, the staff made everyone queue in the driving rain till about 5 mins before it was due to go. There was no cover whatsoever for people waiting & would not recommend going on this boat ride when raining. It was pure hell & unnecessary as they could have let us on a bit earlier. On the plus side it was warm on board, a reasonable cost for the trip & pleasant enough experience if I weren't soaked to the skin & frozen in places.

I liked it but there were not too many places upstairs and a part of the boat was half covered from the sides.

The boat trip wasn’t as cozy as I had hoped for. First they took us towards the Margret island (where we turned) then we continued all the way down to Rákóczi Bridge… the first part of the trip, with ALL the beautiful sights, was very rushed. When we passed Gellert, we still had 30 minutes of the trip. So half of the trip was slow and boring as there was nothing nice to see… only offices and random houses. I would’ve preferred if we took our time in the first half and made the way back shorter. I don’t know how other companies plan their trip, but this one was a pity and disappointing.
