The meeting point depends on the class of the booked transfer:
— standard or bus: the driver waits in the airport parking lot and drives up to the terminal on a call
— executive class: the driver will meet you with a sign in the arrivals hall

Please call or send an SMS when you pass all the controls at the airport and receive your luggage: either to the dispatcher's phone or to the driver. We will provide phone numbers after the reservation.
Be sure to check the correctness of your phone number specified in the booking: the driver will send you a message to this number.

When ordering a standard class car, it is possible to meet passengers with a sign in the arrivals hall, in this case, you need to pay extra for parking: 10 € / 30 minutes of waiting

Baggage

The length, width and height of standard baggage must not exceed 158 centimeters in total
For one passenger — 1 suitcase and 1 place for hand luggage. If you have more luggage, please contact us by correspondence.
We also ask you to warn if you are carrying non-standard luggage (skis or snowboards, bicycles, prams, wheelchairs, large suitcases, golf clubs, etc.) — our manager will tell you which class of car you should choose

A child under 10 must travel in a child seat — we provide one free of charge for 1 child
If you are traveling with more than one child, the second and subsequent child seats are available for a surcharge (€5 per seat)
