The free waiting time of one hour is included in the price of the transfer. The meeting place is determined by the class of the booked transfer:

— bus or standard: on a call, the driver waits in the airport parking lot before driving to the terminal: 

— executive class: the driver holding a sign will meet you in the arrivals hall

Baggage

For a single passenger, one suitcase and one space for hand luggage must not exceed 158 centimeters in length, width, and height. If you have additional luggage, please write to us.

We also request that you notify us if you are bringing unusual items with you, such as skis or snowboards, bicycles, strollers, wheelchairs, large suitcases, golf clubs, etc. Our manager will direct you to the appropriate car class.

If you are traveling with a child

• If you are traveling with more than one child, the second and subsequent child seats are available for a surcharge (€5 per seat). 
• When booking, please indicate that you will require a child seat and the age of each child. 
• Children aged under 10 must travel in a child seat. We provide one free of charge for one child.
