Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had in Budapest. The Danube cruise was completely disappointing from start to finish. The boat was overcrowded, poorly maintained, and far from what was advertised online. Seats were uncomfortable, visibility was bad, and the windows were dirty, making it hard to enjoy any views at all. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in customer satisfaction. No proper explanations were given, the audio guide barely worked, and when it did, the sound quality was awful. We felt rushed the entire time, as if we were just another group to be pushed through for money. To make matters worse, the cruise was late, badly organized, and felt unsafe at times. For the price we paid, this was nothing short of a scam. There are so many better ways to enjoy the Danube and see Budapest — this is absolutely not one of them. I would strongly advise anyone visiting Budapest to stay away from this company. Save your money and your time.

Budapest is a beautiful city to see day and night, and we really enjoyed our dinner cruise. They met us when we boarded and sat us down at our table with a glass of champagne when we arrived. Magnificent views of the parliament, the chain bridge and other attractions.

The cruise was very good! Service was excellent, staff were really nice and very accommodating especially Salwa who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Highly recommend the unlimited booze cruise. Note, spirits and shots are not included in the free drinks but the dry white wine is fabulous!
