Details

Begin your day at the Lukács Thermal Spa, one of Budapest’s well-known bathhouses, famous for its natural healing waters. Your full-day ticket allows unlimited access on the selected date, giving you time to relax and enjoy the spa at your own pace.

At 4:00 PM, join an English-language guided tour of St. Stephen’s Basilica. The 50-minute tour introduces the basilica’s history and richly decorated interior, with the option to remain inside and explore further after the guided visit concludes.

In the evening, board the Gróf Széchenyi, a historic Danube ship, for a 90-minute night cruise departing at 7:00 PM. Enjoy a welcome drink while viewing Budapest’s landmarks illuminated along the river, offering a relaxed end to the day.

Super Saver Package:
— One-day ticket to Lukács Thermal Spa open from 7AM
— 50-minutes guided tour of St. Stephen’s Basilica in English at 4PM
— 90-minutes Danube night cruise on the historical Gróf Széchenyi ship at 7PM
— Welcome drink on the cruise

This is a full-day combo that strings together a thermal spa visit, a guided Basilica tour, and an evening Danube cruise. The Basilica tour is the most consistently strong part, with guides described as clear, engaging, and knowledgeable, though timing during services can limit movement. The Lukács spa feels more local and traditional than polished, which some find authentic and others find confusing due to limited on-site guidance. The evening cruise delivers classic night views, but the experience can feel touristy and occasionally long, depending on expectations. Transitions between activities are self-managed, which works well for independent travelers but can feel disjointed if you expect hand-holding. Overall, it suits travelers who value range and flexibility over perfection in any single activity.

Vivenne was a fantastic guide around the basilica. The spa day was great with plenty of time and the cruise was a perfect end to the day.

Good value for money, it was such a great day with breaks in between for us to do other things. The basilica tour was the best part, Tímea was such a great and professional guide she told us the history so well, it was very interesting to learn so much about the Basilica and Budapest. Ask for Tímea, she was awesome.

This was a great ticket. The baths were fantastic. The tour of the Basilica was ok I felt bad for the guide as it was a time during mass so it was hard to really see the alter. The cruise was great for the lights. Was great value and we met some great people. There never was anyone to meet you at the Baths but we found our group and we had a great time.

Enjoyed all of it , particularly the length of time we had at the spa/baths . The Basilica guide was very knowledgeable on the topic and added a humorous touch in her own way . Maybe more outdoor seating on the cruise would be better but still enjoyed it .

I did the St Stephen’s basilica tour with Vivi. She was a great tour guide who knew a lot about the church. I wouldn’t hesitate to take a tour with her again. Thank you. I also did the cruise which was nice and the Lukcas bath as well as part of the same package. What a great deal.

Basilica tour by our guide Barbara was a fantastic experience. She is knowledgeable and gave us some very in depth insights into the gorgeous Basilica. Spa experience was interesting. Hard to navigate around the various baths and there weren’t many staff members to assist. Danube cruise was very crowded and at times very loud. Musicians were very good. Staff members on the boat were very courteous. Some decent views of the various lit up sights along the Danube but constantly jostling for spots to take in the views.

Thank you to our guide Barbara, I enjoyed the tour with my group of friends. Very first time in Budapest, she explained very well the history of the city and the basilica. I recommend to choose her because she tells also very funny legends.
