The pier was very easy to find as the instructions are so clear. The guides were great, not a lot of information but it was also nice to just sit and enjoy the views from the boat. Murano was great, if you want to shop, there are plenty more glass shops in the town, and it’s much nicer shopping outside. Burano was great and allowed enough free time to have a leisurely lunch and see most of the town. Torcello was beautiful, not as interesting as the others and fewer food options. The only toilet was a paid one. The tour was the perfect pace for the day, a good mix of structure and free time. Between each island was about a 30 min trip, allowing time to rest your legs and and hour back to the main island to rest before walking home. Great tour and highly recommend.

It was very good. The guide was there to answer any question and made it easy for us to know what to look for and where in the islands. My only advice to tourists who are not very interested in historical places to take the Murano and Burano without Torcello tours. Torcello is beautiful, and has it's own valuable attractions but different than what you find in Murano and Burano and not that family friendly. All together, it was a wonderful experience and I admire the punctuality of the tour including the transportation.

Was a beautiful trip! Well worth the money! 3 beautiful islands and a great host who spoke I think up to 5-6 languages! Murano glass experience was amazing! Little tip! Walk out of the shop at the end of the tour and go to the local’s shops, literally 2/3 of what the factory tour is charging! Burano is beautiful! Make sure to visit Bepi’s house and try their biscuits. Torcello is so peaceful and pretty! Also the bell tower you can climb for €5 each! We didn’t realise that until we got there! The sights were gorgeous!

The departure location was well marked. The instructor spoke clearly, calmly and fluently in several languages (ENG, FR, IT, SP, DEU). The demonstration in the glass factory in Murano was definitely worth it. After the gift shop we didn't have time to explore the island of Murano, but we personally didn't mind. Then, a boat trip to Burano where we were allowed to walk around freely for over an hour. You must have seen this. An hour is enough time to explore the island. We highly recommend this activity!!

Very worthwhile trip. Small exhibit at the glass blowing factory on Murano and then around an hour on the island. then to Burano where you have 2 hours to explore (get lunch at this point) and this is a perfect amount of time to see the island and it's beautiful colours. Next to Torcello you get around an hour or so, again a perfect amount of time. It isn't massively clear to understand the points of interest that they point out on the boat. For the money you spend it is definitely worthwhile!

We throughly enjoyed both islands. The tour (Andrea) was excellent and very knowledgeable. We had a smaller boat take us to the main boat which on arriving was slightly crowded. However, lots got off at Murano and when we went onto Burano it was more enjoyable. The only thing we found at both islands we could have done with more time. The boat rise back was really relaxing and just enjoying the scenery with only a couple of handfuls of people. Another extremely enjoyable trip

Well organised and the whole ferry journey was awesome. It is such a memorable day trip which also given a choice to go to Torchello island which is a bonus. The tour is a bargain and I had a fabulous time. We were also given around 2 hours in colourful island of Burano and plenty of seafood lunch. Those on limited time and first timer will definitely enjoy this Wonderful tour with multi lingual tour guide. Reached Piazza Roma at 5.30 pm from 10.30 am

Really nice excursion to visit Murano and Burano ! The guide Andreas is perfect, he can speak lots of languages. Really practical to be able to board and get off at Santa Lucia or Saint Marco. We also visited Torcello, but I think it isn't worth the detour. The time we could spend in Murano and Burano was not enough, it would be better to skip Torcello and lenghten the time in Murano and Burano. Burano is the best spot for gorgeous photos!

The weather was awsome, so the trip was great. The kids (8-13 years) loved it-especially the glass factory presentation and the things at the store were really beautiful, too. So I would recomend it to the tourists with kids. The Burano island was beautiful. We also managed to get some pizza (even glutenfree) there, which was delicious and inexpensive.

Boat on time and easy to find guide. View from boat to islands was beautiful and guide was very informative. The glass products (and demonstration) at Murano was mind blowing. Definitely buy there as it is cheaper than in Venice. Burano is also beautiful. Would have loved to spent more time there, but a wonderful trip to see the two islands.

First of all Nicole was amazing, a true historian. She shared a lot of stories on our round trip to both islands. Muranos factory I was a little hesitant about but, it’s a labor of love that has been on going for centuries. If you can please go. Burano was absolutely beautiful even in the rain. The second leaning building don’t miss it.

Really nice and iconic excursion when staying in Venice. The Murano tour and demonstration at the glass factory was superb! 1h30 of free time in Burano, a very nice and colorful little fishing island. I advise you to dress well on the boat because it was very very cold (period at the end of February) We do not regret this excursion!

During the trip, the guide tells you in 4 languages what you can see outside the boat and some facts about the islands. On top of the deck it was very cold so on the way back we sat down nice and warm. The time we had on Murano was less than an hour. More time would have been nicer. On Burano we had 70 minutes and this was perfect.

The tour was a lot of fun, our guide Julia was well versed and really gave us a lot of information and backstory of the locations we visited. The island were absolutely beautiful and the ride to each place was really comfortable too. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to everyone that thinks of doing this tour!

We had an amazing day, so glad that we booked this trip. Great value for money. Murano and Burano were brilliant, there was less to see on Torecello but glad we booked it as we had longer at Burano than those who had just booked the Murano & Burano trip. Watching the glass making in Murano was really interesting too.

This was a very good tour. To watch the glass blowing was amazing. The glass blowers are so skilled in their work. The lace produced was so beautiful and such delicate work. The coloured houses were so pretty and gave real character to the island. Our guide was very good and had a lot of knowledge. A must do tour.

It's definitely a trip to do. But be on time or 15 mins early at every point! We looked at doing the half day trip but glad we didn't as we got much more time in Burano for a chilled lunch and walk along the island. There wasn't much to do in Torcello, but it does have history, and you can climb the church.

The trip was well led, the glass blowing demonstration was really neat, and both islands are beautiful. We had about an hour on Murano (including the glass-blowing demonstration) and an hour and a half on Burano. I would switch that to spend more time on Murano. Otherwise, the trip was a lot of fun!

You see the three islands and they leave you time to explore them, personally I didn't pay much attention to the explanations on the boat but I really liked the boat, we left on time and came back sooner because the last island of the three didn't have much to see, something that I appreciate.

The first stop was too short, after the glass demonstration and a little wonder by their shop you have almost no time to explore the place outside!! We did the half day because we couldn't book the full day anymore so this still a good alternative but of you have time go for a full day trip.

Excellent boat and heated, friendly and adequate guide available. Beautiful demonstration in Murano, Beautiful Burano, Torcello to see. For the small difference in price, the tour of the three islands is always convenient since it offers more time to visit Burano than it deserves.

This was a great quick tour! Stayed true to the time estimate and gave enough time to explore each place but not so much that you ran out of things to do. The glass blowing demonstration was super cool, and the colorful island of Burano was adorable and fun to visit!

It's a great activity when you don't stay long in Venice. But as it is an activity that I really liked, if I come back, I will spend more time on each island because I find that an hour with everything there is to see. It goes way too fast.

In a month long tour of Europe this was one of the very best things we did, loved it! Boat ride was fab, then Burano so beautiful and Murano glass workshop amazing! Really worth every Euro - thought it would cost a lot, lot more. 10/10

Nice and well organized tour. Both I and the children (14 and 9 years old) appreciated it a lot. However, it would have been nice to have spent half an hour more in Burano so that you would have had time to both eat and walk around.

It is a 4-hour tour that allows you to visit Burano and a glass factory in Murano. If you have little time available it is ideal, but if you want to make a more detailed visit, another tour is better.

Lovely day out, glass demonstration was really interesting and there were so many lovely items to buy there. The island of Burano was beautiful too.

Excellent experience. There is a tour with music and a guide around the lagoon. The very nice guide. If in doubt, I would repeat the excursion.

Very good activity. However, it would be good to leave at least 30 minutes more free time on each island.

Torcello seemed like a waste of time, the other 2 islands were gorgeous. The boat ride was beautiful.

At the beginning everything was ok: the guide, the transportation to Murano. But the visit on the island was too long: exept the factory there is nothing to do there! It's just touristic. Burano is more beautyful. And you can visit more things there, so here the visit was a bit too short! Then we went back to San Marco at about 3. Our guide was'nt there anymore? and we had to manage on our own to find a person who told us we had to wait till 5.30 to have a boat to our starting point??? We had to wait too long! So we went back on foot. It isn't normal. The distribution of time for this activity is not good: too much time in Murano, to little time in Burano and more than 2 hours to wait at San Marco. Don't forget most of the people had already visit San Marco!

The tour was ok, but we had no time to walk along the streets of Murano. The murano factory visit was interesting. We had one hour exactly to visit Burano, but honestly I would have preferred to stay there longer, because the island is great. I knew the trip would last 4,5 to 5 hours, but I did not know the journey at sea would take most of the time. However, it was a pleasant experience. The service of "Il doge di Venezia" was great. The guide was useful. I would visit these islands again.

Good price for the itinerary. The islands are beautiful and full of history! People usually skip Torcello, but it is a great mistake! Torcello was one of the highest spots of this tour for me! The only remark goes to the sound system in the intern part of the boat: low level and people talking during the explanations made the listening a hard task for me and my group. Unfortunately we shared the boat with people that does not were properly educated and even interested in the explanations…

Murano part was spoiled by being captive in one shop and factory. We would have liked time to walk to all the shops, so the stop should have been another 1/2 hour longer. Technically one could have left the shop but there was no time, and you had to come through the shop again to get back to the boat. The other two islands were superb stops, and perfect as they occurred. Fifteen more minutes on Torello would have been icing on the cake.
