Tiqets saved our family well over an hour in waiting in line AND they even came right to the front of the gate to deliver the scannable paper tickets! First class service all the way and worth every penny.

Great experience, over 10 years ago from my last visit the place looks amazing, on European standards with a clear path to follow, just a lit bit crowded :)

Castle was lovely and very fairytale like. Prebooking the tickets was better for us, just the ticket office is not at the castle, instead down a street 3 minutes max away. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
