The journey takes you across sweeping plains dotted with olive trees, cork oaks, and vineyards, leading to the historic city of Évora. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986, Évora invites you to explore its rich architectural heritage and cultural traditions. During your visit, you will have time to appreciate the local gastronomy and the region’s arts and crafts, where different eras and styles come together in a variety of colours, shapes, and flavours.

The tour includes a wine tasting at a local estate or similar venue, allowing you to sample the authentic tastes of the Alentejo.

To complete the experience, the itinerary continues to the picturesque village of Monsaraz, perched above Alqueva Lake. Surrounded by medieval walls and whitewashed houses, Monsaraz offers panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, providing a serene conclusion to your journey through this distinctive part of Portugal.

The beginning of the tour was not too well organized. But when bus started moving, everything was smooth. Our guide was good and knowledgeble. Évora was smaller than I expected, but trip to the vineyard compensated this. Tour in vineyard was really good.
