Button to confirm pickup address was missing. Poor communication and rudeness on the phone. What was bad was that only German-speaking guests were announced, then I had to help translate into English :-( At lunch you couldn't order according to the menu and so it took far too long and then we were under a lot of pressure and had to shorten the program . The program would have been good. The guide was very friendly and good! She put in a lot of effort, was very friendly and answered all questions competently.

Very informative and entertaining. The walk to the boat was the only negative. Very long walk on the bank to get to the boat with nothing to see. Lunch was basic but good
