Explore Bohemia and the Saxon Switzerland National Park on a full day from Prague. See the Bastei Bridge, Pravcicka Gate, Kamenice Gorge, and more with a guide.

After being picked up from Prague head to the heart of Bohemia and the Saxon Switzerland National Park, the youngest national park in the Czech Republic. Make a stop at the Bastei Bridge (the German side of the park), perched high above the River Elbe. Enjoy stunning views as you walk across the bridge.

Then, continue to Pravcicka Gate on the Czech Republic side of the park. Admire Europe’s largest natural sandstone gate. Pause for lunch (included), before transferring to Kamenice Gorge. You will board a small dinghy for a scenic journey through a canyon carved deep in the sandstone cliffs.

Know before you go:

• The tour consists of moderate hiking with a distance of approximately 12 km (7.5 mi)
• Please wear sturdy or sports shoes as there could be an uneven surfaces on the hiking trails
• In case of force majeure, the tour program may change (e.g. gorges will be closed due to flood conditions). The group will be offered the most suitable alternative place to visit

Really amazing trip. The park was beautiful and our guide and driver were lovely, really knowledgable and helpful. If parts of our group couldn’t do certain bits of the hike, they were offered to go to another place of the park instead. Also one member of our group had to leave part way through the day due to an emergency, and the driver took him to the nearest train station. You felt really taken care of on this trip and got to see and learn so much. I’m so glad I did this trip and I’d 100% recommend it to anyone

I had a lovely experience on this trip! Our guide Anna was simply amazing, the spirit of the group was so fun and the places we saw simply beautiful! The lunch was also very good and a lovely place where you could choose some traditional dishes. A bit pricey, but I happily paid for this experience!

The views are beautiful and worth the trip. The price seems excessive to me. Guide topic, the man is kind, but at first I had to ask him to do the translation into Spanish, then he did it, on some occasions he didn't do the translation and I didn't like that, because in the description of the activity it says that it is also in Spanish.
