Everything was great Sofia explained everything well and we would book the tour again at any time

Very informative and entertaining. The walk to the boat was the only negative. Very long walk on the bank to get to the boat with nothing to see. Lunch was basic but good

We had a fantastic guide - the lady knew everything! Nice boat trip on the Vltava, good lunch. All in all good value for money!

A wonderful day from pick up to the end, everything was great. A special thanks goes to our guide, the older lady whose name I unfortunately wrote down but lost. Prague, a beautiful city.

Unfortunately, you couldn't understand anything in the car. Everything else was very interesting. The food was great. I can highly recommend closing the door.

Button to confirm pickup address was missing. Poor communication and rudeness on the phone. What was bad was that only German-speaking guests were announced, then I had to help translate into English :-( At lunch you couldn't order according to the menu and so it took far too long and then we were under a lot of pressure and had to shorten the program . The program would have been good. The guide was very friendly and good! She put in a lot of effort, was very friendly and answered all questions competently.

So far so good, just didn't experience the Bis Tour, or did that mean picking you up at the hotel?
