A very lovely boat ride down the river. Great little bits of information about the city were lovely and the jazz provided a great atmosphere. The boat wasn’t very busy so it felt very relaxing, would definitely do again next time I’m here! And the drinks were reasonably priced.

I am writing regarding my boat tour scheduled for August 21 at 6:00 PM. Due to severe rain and strong winds that started at that time, it was physically impossible and completely unsafe to attend or operate the tour. I contacted support in advance to request a cancellation or rescheduling, but I was unhelpfully refused. Given the extreme weather conditions, which were completely beyond my control (force majeure), holding me to the booking or refusing any form of refund/reschedule is unfair and unacceptable. I expect a proper resolution to this issue, either through a full refund or a rescheduled ticket. Please review this case and get back to me promptly."
