Details

You can begin your journey to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Pompeii by getting on a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus. With your Skip-the-Line ticket, skip the long lines when you arrive at Pompeii.

Step inside the ancient Roman world's time capsule. Take a tour of these magnificently preserved ruins with your local expert guide.

Take a stroll among the boutique shops in Positano, where the houses tumble down the hillside. Visit the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, buy some of the local limoncello, or watch people go by from a restaurant terrace.

The Amalfi Coast's picturesque seaside roads can be explored further south after some free time and lunch (own expense) in Pompeii. Pay awe-inspiring attention to the stunning coastline, which features charming villages atop mountain ranges and mountains that plunge into the sea.

Significant information:

  • Important: the tour may include Sorrento instead of Positano on Saturdays and Sundays on the following date terms: June 1st-September 11th, and also on Monday August 15th (an Italian holiday) due to an excessive amount of weekend traffic on the Amalfi Coast during high season, and to avoid formidable delays
  • From November 1st until the end of March, we will visit the town of Amalfi instead of Positano, because in Positano most restaurants and shops are closed during the winter months
  • Drinks and food aren't included
  • Guests with baby carriages, wheelchairs and strollers as well as any impairments requiring special assistance provided with no special accommodation
  • In case of any restrictions imposed on the access to any tourist attractions and museums, the tour provider will not be responsible for it and will not refund the ticket's price
  • The exact following to the official COVID-19 travel advice is the responsibility of all visitors

This trip was the highlight of our stay in Italy. The guide was fantastic - she was funny and informative. The visit in Positano was long enough to have a delicious seafood meal with a breathtaking view. The Pompeii tour blew us away. A great way to see more of Italy when you are pressed for time.

Semih was a wonderful guide, and our bus driver was amazing! The tour of the Amalfi coast was beautiful. The audio on the bus was sometimes difficult to hear. A bit more time in Pompeii would have been nice. Also, it would be great to have a washroom on the bus.

Completed this on the 19th of September. The day was long (15 hours) with the amount of traffic but the experience was good. Especially if you only have a day to get down south and see the coast. You only get about 2 hours each in Positano and Pompeii ( guided tour) but I would recommended

Excellent package! Sums up everything which needs to be covered in a day. Full Description given about the tour is just a gist. The amount of knowledge we got today from Rob was way beyond to what is said. He is was so good, a very good sense of humor. He was careful and attentive for each traveller. However, the only concern was the time given to spent in Positano was a bit less. Our guide in Pompeii, Elanor, was great as well. Very well spoken and had exact time management skills. Overall it was an experience I would recommend 100%. Worth missing your sleep in the morning for an early tour.

The tour was absolutely amazing and such good value for money. Our guide, Sonia was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly and funny and made the whole day so great. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone who is keen to visit the Amalfi coast and have a guided tour of Pompeii.

I only wish we had more ""stars"" to give for this tour! Both the guide and driver were professional and personable. They stayed on schedule and kept everyone riveted with amazing stories and appropriate humor. We learned volumes about Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast and the small town we visited. We also had a personal tour of a limoncello refinery and winery. We loved the wine and purchased a case of it and sent it back to Texas! I can't stress enough how important it is to get the RIGHT tour guide and bus driver for your tours.

I had great time at Amalfi coast, Positano. The ocean drive was magnificent.A beautiful place to wander around.I was lucky that, when we went their were no longer pack with Italian vacationer.Pompeii was also educational from our guide story telling, on how Roman lived in the past. Thanks for protecting place for us to see.

Each site was worth the visit. Our guide worked very hard to accommodate us and provide information. Unfortunately there was a problem with the shuttle into Positano and we were left in the side of the road waiting for 20 min without shade! The AC on the bus didn’t work well- it took a long time to cool off the bus. My advice is pack a lunch or buy a sandwich at the first pit stop. The pizza offered to buy after Pompeii was awful. As I said, this wasn’t the guide’s fault and she worked hard to make the day pleasant.

Such a great tour! Everything was well organized and our guide did a fantastic job of keeping track of everyone and setting expectations. It was raining incredibly hard when we arrived at Pompeii however our local guide did a fine job of navigating the group around puddles and kept a good pace for the tour despite the bad weather. Positano was fabulous and I have to applaud the bus driver for navigating those tricky roads. Such a fun experience- would recommend.

This trip was wonderful. Our tour guide was very welcoming, amusing and passionate about the tour. During the coach ride you are able to see Italy’s beautiful mountain ranges, and coastal views. We got to Pompeii and were led around the site and given detailed information about each stop. Then we went past Amalfi and stopped off in Positano. Positano is a beautiful short walk with boutique shops, although they are quite pricey (but very nice) makes sure to bring some extra cash . I was worried about the day being too long but actually it was alright, there were adequate rest breaks throughout and the coach was air conditioned. Would recommend!
