Discover the Magic of Altınbeşik Cave

This excursion offers insight into the traditional lifestyle of Anatolian villages, along with opportunities to experience nature and local hospitality.

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel and travel towards the town of İbradı. Along the way, there will be several stops for photos, including a visit to a traditional village café.

The highlight of the tour is Altınbeşik Cave, located in the mountain of the same name. Known as the “Golden Cradle,” the cave maintains a constant temperature of around 16°C. Inside, you will see natural rock formations and bridges during a guided visit.

A short boat ride on inflatable boats (up to 10 people per boat) allows you to explore part of the cave from the water, adding a unique perspective to the experience.

After the cave visit, the tour continues to Ormana Village, where you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. The menu includes options such as fish, grilled chicken, or traditional Turkish pide, served with yogurt and salad.

In the village, you will also see the well-known “button houses”, built without mortar or cement.

The program includes a visit to a 300-year-old mosque, where you can observe local traditions and experience the warm hospitality of the community.

After a stop in Sarıhacılar village, you will begin the return journey to Side. In the afternoon, you will arrive back at your hotel with a deeper understanding of the region’s culture and landscapes.
