Armenia Wine

We will go to one of the best wineries in Armenia — Armenia Wine, which was built in 2008 and is now one of the largest producers and exporters of quality wine.

A beautiful factory built entirely of red tufa in the small village of Sasunik. We will see majestic halls and cellars, taste the best wines of Armenia and visit an interesting museum.

Voskevaz

Next, we will head to the Voskevaz plant, which means “Golden Vine”, which is located in the small village of the same name. The plant was founded in 1932 and has been keeping its quality standard in the Armenian market for almost a century. The fabulous factory building resembles a castle.

The Voskevaz plant uses exclusively Armenian grape varieties for its products and is a pioneer in the creation of Armenian dessert wines. We will walk around the century-old castle, learn the interesting history of the plant and winemaking, and taste the national Armenian wines.

Ancient Gyumri

Upon completion of unforgettable tastings, we will go to the famous, second largest city of Armenia — Gyumri. One of the most ancient settlements in Armenia, famous for its unique architecture, square, monuments at every turn and of course the old city, which we will explore with you.

After a colorful Armenian lunch, we will visit other main attractions of Gyumri, the majestic Mother Armenia monument and the mighty Black Fortress. I will talk about the features of local architecture and the role of the Black Fortress in the life of the city and other interesting facts and stories.
