Please keep in mind that late guests will not be waited for. No refunds are available for late guests. Be aware that there are other companies departing from the same location. They are all aware of the local operator and will ask you to wait patiently until your boat arrives. On busy days there may be some delays due to traffic. If you booked our 2 drinks option, you will not not receive the Unlimited Drinks package. However if this is the case, you can always upgrade when arriving to the boat.

The trip was very pleasant and both the skipper and our guide were great, you could tell that they knew their way around well and they both also had a sense of humor. The route was good and there were enough drinks on board. Unfortunately, when it rains you can't see so well through the tarpaulin, but it was still interesting. When the sun is shining, the tour is definitely perfect.

The best boat trip organization! The BEST staff! Everyone who interacted with us was so kind, smiling, cheerful, and professional. It was simply a pleasure interacting with everyone at every stage! Thanks to the guy who assigned people to the boat for letting us go on the next boat later than our scheduled time because I didn't want to go with a group of drunk guys at a bachelor party. Thanks to the boat guide and the captain for a ton of interesting facts and a wonderful atmosphere. Respect, guys, it was a pleasure, you're great!
