The museum was awesome. The canal cruise was pretty good. I would have booked these 2 things separately if I had known I had to go to that canal place to book the time and that this was nowhere near the Van Gogh museum. Not convenient. We made it work and had a good time.

interactive audio tour is pretty good, easy to understand. the museum ranges over 4 floors, so can be a little log winded. lots to see. only downside is the interactive audio doesn't cover all the art. quite spacious and other museums near by, such as banksy events.

Getting the tickets really cut out time in line waiting to get in. However, the info on the ticket was very confusing. It needs to state clearly that you get in line AT THE MUSEUM at your appointed time. The address for the canal ride needs to indicate that this is for the canal ride only - not where you meet for the museum.

If we didn't buy the museum ticket from this site we wouldn't be able to access the museum. the people in the queue outside informed him that it was Sold out and that there was no way to buy a ticket for the Sunday we went, so fortunately we bought it

Everything worked out well, we didn’t have any problems with the tickets. Also, we requested some additional info by email that was quickly provided. The museum is very beautiful, and the audio guide is a must to understand VG’s work. The cruise was nice, and the Captain very friendly. I recommend both attractions.

The Van Gogh Museum was more than worth it, but the canal cruise was quite boring! We even upgraded to the Amsterdam Light Festival ticket for 8 euros/ticket and it was not worth the trip. I would have skipped the light tour altogether. If you want to go on a canal cruise I recommended to do it in the day time or better yet go on the tram and see the city... much cheaper and you see so much more of the city in a shorter time frame.

By requiring me to go to the office to change my ticket for the canal tour, with both activities taking place on the same day (museum and canal tour), I was unable to do both activities on the same day, so I only had time to visit the museum and missed the canal tour. They should give you a direct ticket like the museum ticket so you can do your canal tour activity.

Well worth visiting. Knowing more about the artist, his life and particularly the messages in his work were very interesting, enlightening and moving. We spent four hours at the museum so that itself says a lot! Audio not included so a bit misleading in the information. This was an extra cost. The canal trip was fabulous and this did include the audio.

The museum was very impressive and very well organised. The canal Cruise was amazing. We enjoyed every minute of it, because we had it in the evening when all the lights were on, and the commentary also included a variety of information that we wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

It was amazing to be able to view over 100 works of art painted by Vincent Van Gogh and learn about his life. Pre- booking is essential as there are only a few time slots to view the museum on offer if you have not ordered your tickets online in advance. For example we arrived at the Van Gogh Museum at 11.15am and the next free slot would have been 3.15 in the afternoon, but fortunately we had pre-booked.
