• The Rijksmuseum ticket is for a specific timeslot you choose while making your reservation. You can only enter the museum at this specific time and changing your slot time is not possible
• The ticket for the canal cruise is an open ticket. This means that no timeslot is allocated and you can board the next available boat at one of the two docks at either Hard Rock Cafe or Heineken Experience.
• This is a non-refundable booking
• The timeslot you book is the timeslot for Rijksmuseum. You can use your voucher for the City Canal Cruise daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Last City Canal Cruise from Heineken Experience departs at 5:15 PM
• Last City Canal Cruise from Hard Rock Cafe departs at 6:00 PM

I was too tired from traveling to really enjoy the museum but was glad to see the Van gogh’s and Rembrandts. The canal ride was just what this tired traveler needed to end the day!

I recommend buying separate tickets for the Rijksmuseum and the cruise. The museum is beautiful! Huge exhibition! You need a whole day for it, with breaks. You'll spend at least 4 hours there. The cruise wasn't great. The boat was overcrowded. Unless you're the first in line, you'll end up with seats at the edge, which means you won't enjoy the cruise.

Great for your money. If you don’t understand english it may be a little hard on the canal tour. there is an audio tour in several languages but our guide made several corrections and side comments in english that others were not privy to due to the language barrier. overall great tho

The museum is wonderful and although we had a tickets for 10-30, we arrived around 10-15 but there was no trouble getting in earlier. The system for the canal cruise was also fine being able to take the cruise at whatever time we wanted. All worked very well

The Rijksmuseum is a must for anyone anyone visiting Amsterdam. It’s a beautiful space with much to see. Wonderful, memorable paintings and just a joy to walk around. Don’t leave without a piece of Dutch apple cake in the cafe. It’s delicious. The canal cruise was ok. Confused where to board but otherwise it’s a large canal boat and takes you around the canals. The audio is available in lots of Languages and seemed ok. Audio quality not HD but perfectly ok for the purpose. Seemed good value buying this ticket.

Maarteen was an amazing guide. He is so kind, friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. This tour was above my expectations. It doesn’t only give you a quick access to these amazing museums but having a guided tour gives you another aspect, opportunity to learn Dutch history, culture, freedom to ask questions.
