They were very punctual and with the highway in Spanish we sailed through the three main canals of Amsterdam, seeing everything very comfortably from the boat and sheltering from the rain. Highly recommended

When we arrived it was clear the trip was oversubscribed and to make it worse, the people behind us acted like children and pushed in front of us to get seats, leaving us not being able to join the boat ride that we booked. The staff were very apologetic and put us first in the queue for the next boat, offered a free drink and a cookie each. The trip we went on was brilliant, plenty of space and it was open top with tables so we could enjoy the beautiful evening sun. Thank you to the staff who were working the evening 17/07, your excellent customer service made it a joyous experience for us to end our trip to Amsterdam 😊

The ride was very nice although couldn’t see clearly while sitting infornt. Can suggest to make an open space where toursists can also go out an stand on the cruise. Would hit a different experience in all. Thanks
