The meeting point is on the side where the AdamTower is, so behind the train station you take the free ferry (which runs every 3 minutes) and then you have about a 2-minute walk. Check-in was quick and easy, the free audio guide was also good, the app still had to be downloaded but the skipper provided help with this. The trip itself was great and informative. Clear recommendation!!

The location to board for the tour is perfect! It is directly across from the Anne Frank House and very easy to find. Just look for the yellow boats! The boat was very clean and partially covered and partially open. Food and Drinks were available for purchase. The guide was knowledgeable and accommodating and shared historical facts and personal knowledge about the canal area with a bit of humor. We highly recommend this tour!

I can’t say it was the most impressive tour we have ever made in our lives but we really enjoyed it, a different experience and worth to visit village..Other than that special thanks goes to Bianca, she is a very professional tour guide, you feel very comfortable with her. Boat clean. Audio guide didn't work for 3 people in our group, so no operating error. Since we speak English and the captain articulated well, that was ok. But that's not the point - not everyone can speak English. It also requires a cell phone, which is not mentioned anywhere. Audio guide doesn't mean that you have to constantly hold your cell phone to your ear and your arm becomes paralyzed. We started with headphones. In addition, the labeling could be better. Hop on hop off is not the same as canal cruising. Luckily we were in the correct queue, although it wasn't immediately obvious.
