Experience Amsterdam and board the boat by Stromma Central Station or Stromma Rijksmuseum in the city center, and set sail from the IJ waterfront. See the city’s modern architecture as you cruise around the southernmost part of fashionable Amsterdam-Noord. The sights you see depend on the departure point and the boat route may vary.

Sail past old warehouses, dockyards, and boatyards. Cruise under enchanting bridges from the past and present. Watch the centuries merge as you experience Amsterdam in its purest form, as a seaport.

Along the way, you will pass many of Amsterdam’s most famous monuments, and discover why UNESCO declared the city’s canals a World Heritage Site.

For tour from Damrak Pier 5 only choose a departure date. On the day of the tour, you can decide your departure time, the first option at 09:15 AM.

Very good tour, incredible landscape, comfortable transportation. The only problem is the website to follow the route with the guide: the audio kept stopping. Furthermore, I bought a headset on site, but the headset didn't work. So I really recommend taking the headset you already use on your cell phone, maybe it will work.

Inaudible guide and audio guide not up to par (requires a telephone per person) Lots of noise in the boat. Not great

The time schedule can be fine-tuned. The lake tour takes a long time. When we returned to Giethoorn, most of the shops were closed and we couldn't take a good stroll.

I expected to look at more places, such as Anne Frank's house which is mentioned in the description but which we didn't see. Overall it was a nice activity.
