We sat at one end of the boat, on the opposite side from the guide, and we often barely understood him. It was usually much too quiet.

Great, uncrowded boat. I appreciated the open boat on a beautiful day. I don't feel like our guide told us much. It was mostly quiet and peaceful, but I didn't learn a lot about Amsterdam.

Kirk was a great captain and guide, he was funny and even answered our curiosity questions about the canals and Amsterdam. The tour was on time. We booked at 1pm, and when we got there the boat was closed and they informed us that in 30 minutes they will have an open boat so we changed. Highly recommended

Summary: good but not worth the unlimited drinks. The boat was just what I was looking for: smaller (fewer people), open (it was sunny), and with a good structure. Guide: very friendly and happy but didn't give enough tourist info, so she was a sailor (fine, but don't sell it as a guided tour) Unlimited drinks: not worth it. It was the end of the day and all the beers were warm, so I didn't drink anything in the end.
