Pass through the canal and under the Admiralsbrücke with your guide and pay attention to the good combination of past and present in Berlin. Discover the cross-cultural flair of Kreuzberg; visit the Jewish commune and the famed Maybachufer with its Turkish Market.
Listen to your guide's story about Landwehrkanal, and you will know all about this first-class federal waterway in Berlin. Legally, it is part of the Spree-Oder waterway. The royal landscape architect Peter Joseph Lenné planned it in the 19th century to simulate the curves of a natural river.
You will see Oberbaumbrücke, the Berlin Bridge, famous for its spectacular architecture, and the TV Tower in the background. Continue your kayak trip through the Osthafen (East Harbor) and explore Berlin’s original industries. At the end of your journey, be sure to visit the Badeschiff Pool, which is the most original and unusual bath in Europe. Located in the middle of the Spree River, this pool has recently become one of the new attractions of Berlin.
When you reach the Molecule Man, a monument erected on the river Spree near the Elsenbrücke Bridge sculpture, you will admire its splendor and, after observing it, go back to the departure point of the tour in Kreuzberg.
