Spree Boat Tours & Rides in Berlin

The tour is excellent for getting to know the sights at once. The first bus was the best, the audio worked very well, the later ones had difficulty because the audio of the chairs we were sitting on was not working, it was not possible to follow the guide. The Portuguese language was only on the first bus. We suggest that you check the buses that the audio does not work, as the ticket price is high.

The boat trip was a welcome opportunity to sit down and relax after a hectic day of sightseeing. Whilst there wasn't a great deal of commentary, by the time we went on the boat tour, we had already seen the main sights from the boat from land. The boats are smaller than some of the others, so are able to go on parts of the water the larger ones can not get to. Definitely worth going on to get a different perspective, particularly of some of the museums on Museum Island.

The bus tour could not have been done better. Our tour guide was called Andreas, who managed the whole thing with a lot of fun and funny music. We would drive with him again and again, it was a lot of fun to listen to him.

Amazing boat trip, very lovely!!! Captain and crew provided great service and did everything with a Smile :) it was also 2.5 hours on the water with drinks and food available at the bar, great value and time for how much the tickets cost. We even got an ashtray before we even got our cigar lit :) A definite reccomendation!

Good English audio reviews, but again, a group with a lot of noise spoiled it. Too hot for the outside deck which would have made the sound better. One poor soul passed out from beer and too much sun. Do it, but try to pick a cooler day than we did. Beautiful boat.

The most important places were approached, as expected. There seems to be a lot of competition between the providers, but this is not reflected in the cleanliness of the buses. A bus was very ratted, otherwise okay. Information about headphones in the different buses at different levels. The boat trip was - also thanks to the beautiful weather - very pleasant and a great addition.

The ride was wonderful, but the music in the headphones got on my nerves in the long run. The information was a bit scarce, you had to ask a lot. E.g. at which stop you should get off to change to the ship.

An interesting and relaxing way of seeing some of the city's sights. Although the route - of necessity - limits what you see, it is a good way of getting an alternative and relatively "tourist free" view of such sights as the Reichstag and Museum Island. It also takes in parts of the Government areas of the city that one might not include on a walking tour with only limited time available. The online booking process was straightforward but do remember to pick up an audio guide as the commentary is in German. I forgot to do so but, to be honest, it didn't really affect our enjoyment of the cruise as even my very limited knowledge of the language was enough to allow me to follow the main points.
