Sunset Tour with Solar Ship

Set off from the port of Solarwaterworld AG near the Oberbaumbrücke in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Aboard the emission-free solar ship, you’ll glide quietly along the Spree, taking in Berlin’s well-known sights in a relaxed setting.

During the approximately 2.5-hour journey, the route passes key landmarks visible from the water. Early highlights include the striking Oberbaum Bridge and the East Side Gallery. A memorable moment follows as the catamaran navigates through the Mühlendamm lock. Continuing west, you’ll see Museum Island, as well as Berlin’s government district with the Reichstag and the Federal Chancellery. The route also includes views of the main train station, known for its modern architecture, before reaching the House of World Cultures, often referred to locally as the “Pregnant Oyster.” Here, the vessel turns and returns to the starting point.

Instead of a traditional loudspeaker system, the tour uses multilingual audio guides (German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Hebrew, and Russian), allowing you to explore at your own pace without background engine noise. Light refreshments, including drinks and snacks, are available on board.
