Very kind staff, delicious/fresh food. We had rain on our trip, but the boat has a transparent roof which did not ruin our experience one bit. The boat travels softly and there are bathrooms on board. We passed by many of Berlin’s most important reference points. Recommended!

I enjoyed the boat tour. The only problem was that i couldn't always hear the audio, so i missed a lot of what was said. Also when a live tour guide is sharing the information, it is much more interesting--they can point at exactly what they are talking about, rather than the listened having to guess, they can repeat information that was missed, they can share more info when there is time and the audience is interested. Altho i enjoyed this tour, i would recommend to friends to find a tour with a live tour guide.

This boat tour was quite nice, however I thought I had booked a tour in English. This tour was entirely in German so I understood very little of the audio - I only saw on my way out of the boat a sign that said audio guides in other languages were available for 2 euro, which I gladly would have paid. No one seemed to have one, though. The views and time on the river were still quite nice, but if you want a specific language make sure you book one in that language or ask about the audio guide! I still enjoyed it.

It's a nice boat, completely silent, and you see the main sights of Berlin. However, it is twice the price of most other tours, which would be fine if they didn't massively oversell the boat. If you wanted to sit outside, you are forced to sit at an angle on the front deck of the boat. It is very uncomfortable, and you can't lean against anything or stretch out. For that money I would expect everyone to be able to get a comfortable seat. The speaker was also on this deck, and people kept leaning against it or accidentally putting cushions against it, so hearing the guide talk about Berlin was also sometimes very difficult. Compared to the cheaper tours, where yes you're on a less nice boat, but you get a dedicated seat, often with a table; it just doesn't seem great value. I was a little disappointed to be honest. I took my 75 year old parents and it just wasn't a good comfortable experience for them.

Was totally good! But would recommend starting the tour on Ku'damm; partly due to the large construction site, the other entry points are not so easy to find. We found the “live guide” great, although tastes differ when it comes to humour. If you really want to see everything on the route in peace (we had booked including the ship), you should start right away in the morning. Otherwise, if you have two days, we would recommend the two-day tour to slow down.

A very good afternoon spent with my family. Relaxed cruise where you could sit upstairs or downstairs with a nice interior. You get drinks on the boat and with additional fee good quality printed fotos. Good way to see most of Berlin's attractions with no effort.

Just wow! A cute little boat with which you can escape from mass tourism. Instead of 300 people on the normal boats, only a few fit here, I think 35 was the maximum occupancy. There were only 8 of us today, more private tour is not really possible. The boat drives very pleasantly quietly and calmly. You can learn something about the individual stations in German and English over loudspeakers that can be heard very well. The crew is very nice and attentive, they ask if everything is OK, the music is loud enough, etc. Relaxed music was played on the way back to be able to enjoy the surroundings and impressions again. An absolute insider tip to drive here!

Here you will be personally greeted by the captain. We found this little boat trip through Berlin very good. A charming and funny on-board attendant told something in German and English about bridges and buildings along the Spree. Cool drinks were served on request and the entire staff on board was very friendly from boarding to docking. For this price a clear recommendation when visiting Berlin.
