We combined a bus with a boat. We got a good overview of Berlin. The tour was satisfactory. The only issue was that my credit card was overcharged; it was debited for three times the price. We are currently in the process of resolving the issue. I hope the issue will be resolved and I will receive a refund.

Great activity but getting to the boat trip was very confusing. Your website told us which stop to get off at to join the boat trip but the bus map said a different stop. Asked the driver of the bus and the stop was different to the previously advised stops. Went by what the driver said and it was correct but no details where to go for the boat. Finally found it and it was an excellent trip.
