Depart from Treptow Harbor and leave the city’s busy atmosphere behind on a 5-hour cruise through the Müggelberge region. Travel towards the old town of Köpenick, set amid peaceful parkland, where the well-known statue of the “Captain of Köpenick” stands near the town hall. The route then continues to Müggelsee, Berlin’s largest lake.

From the water, take in views of the greater and lesser Müggelberge, an area featuring more than 320 kilometers of forest paths and waterways. Rising to 82 meters, the Müggelturm provides a notable vantage point over the surrounding Brandenburg countryside. The cruise proceeds along the Müggelspree to the New Venice district, known for its network of canals and bridges developed in the 1920s.

Continue across Dämeritzsee and through the Gosen Canal towards Seddinsee, passing the historic Grünau international regatta site, recognized as Berlin’s oldest sports area. The journey concludes as the boat follows the Spree River back to Treptow Harbor.

The tour and the view are great. Staff very friendly. However, the chairs on the deck are not suitable for the duration of the trip. Perhaps more comfortable seating could be considered here

Chris's entertaining presentation brought new and interesting things even for us old Köpenickers, which perfectly complemented the still stunningly beautiful nature! Keep it up! What I don't understand is that there were obviously a few people who had skipped out on the drinks on board - so my tip - collect every order immediately when it's served.

Great boat trip in great weather with a great boat captain who made the tour even more enjoyable with his humor and a lot of local knowledge. If, as he suggested, the trip descriptions come from a tape in the future - definitely not! It would detract from the experience considerably.
