Lots of insider information & nice boat trip
Christina
We booked a whole city tour the day before and thought that on this somewhat special tour we would delve a little deeper into history and see even more exciting places. Unfortunately that was not the case. In addition, we were of the opinion that the boat tour was part of the tour and you would go on board with the guide to get some insider information from the Danube and to ask certain questions. However, the boat tour takes place independently of the bus tour, at a time that you can choose from three options and where you have to go to the pier yourself. We did the boat trip in the evening which was beautiful !! Unfortunately, there is only a tape and no individual support. Pedro, our guide, was very funny, had a lot of insider information for us and made the tour varied. Nevertheless - for us - this tour was too similar to the City Tour - but the boat trip is highly recommended!

Great tour! I had done 3 different tours on 3 different days. This one was on the last day and filled in the blanks of the other tours. Focused on Pest and contemporary and city issues as well as giving historical background. The leader was a history lecturer at a local university and was very frank and informative.
Brenda
Ericka is an exceptional guide, very prepared, nice person and it was a pleasure to share two days with her
Julie
Fantastic and our guide Suzy was amazing! We learned so much, had fun and covered lots of ground. Thank you Suzy!
Andrew
one of the nicest guided tours we have done. I would recommend it to anyone who knows a bike
Evelien
This day trip was fantastic! Our guide Rebeka is a winner. She has so much knowledge and talks very nicely!
Richard
Excellent - From Start To Finish. Such informative tour, lovely hot drink supplied on a crisp cold day, took photos of me as I’m a lone traveller which I appreciated. Way better than commercial tours, makes it more personal and a great experience around Budapest.
Maura
Our guide Thomas was great. He made sure we felt comfortable on the segway before entering the city. Riding the segways was fun but the best part of the tour was that Thomas has great knowledge about the city and it's history. His enthusiasm was really contagious. He told us a lot of interesting things about the city and he took the time to answer all our questions. It was really noticeable that he studied to be a professional tour guide of Budapest.
Marius
We had a very cool driver in Daniel! The beer tastes very good, the route is actually irrelevant. We had fun

We took this tour on our first day in Budapest. Judit was a great guide who took us to the main locations in the city (Pest side) and gave us lots of interesting historical information. She also ended the tour with restaurant recommendations (we went to two and really enjoyed both). Highly recommend this tour to learn more about Budapest to give context to your visit.
Oliver
The 3-hour e-bike tour took us to interesting sights on both sides of Budapest that we would have struggled to reach on foot. Our extremely attentive tour guide Andy told us the history of the individual sights in a very informative way. Overall, a very successful tour.
Anna
Great tour. Very informative. Good food. Our guide Fanny was really sweet and so knowledgeable.
Lorraine
Fannie was a fantastic guide. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She not only provided information on food and culture in Budapest, but also historical information and events. The restaurants were interesting and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the sausages and strudel! We were a private group of 6 people. One member had mobility difficulties. Fannie expertly guided us on trams and subways per our request.
Sawety
The combination with the walk and guide and then the river cruise was very nice.
Detlef
very individuell and concerning guide, thangs for that.
Wagner
Our guide Erna was spectacular. Attentive to our wishes, she guided us through the beautiful city of Budapest bringing us much of the rich history of this city and country. Thank you for making our aimda trip more special!!!

With the individually designed city tour you get a good insight into the various sights and can then decide which places you would like to visit again. Our guide - Agnes - really impressed us with her immense knowledge of the city and its history. We really enjoyed the tour with her. At this point, many thanks again!
CAROLE
Daniel was the most tour guide, who went above and beyond to to make our tour around Budapest very informative, and enjoyable. We were able to take regular stops en route to take photos. We were given valuable advice on places to eat/drink, sightseeing, etc. We would highly recommend Daniel to anyone travelling to this wonderful place. Carole & Christine
