A personalized walking tour of Budapest may suit your interests perfectly. Spend a half-day with your own tour guide, who will pick you up from your Budapest hotel at a prearranged time.

Along with the most stunning attractions in the city, such as Heroes' Square, you may see hidden historical buildings and masterpieces of architecture. You can decide to go on an archaeological dig, study the city's architecture, or embark on a culinary adventure.

Learn about the fascinating past of the country and the city. Take advantage of the lovely parks and the nice ambience. Visit the magnificent Szechenyi Bath and the lovely Vajdahunyad Castle. Take the first subway line in continental Europe and alight at the stunning State Opera House to learn more about the structure.

The second-largest church in Hungary, St. Stephen's Basilica, is a work of exquisite architecture. Experience Castle Hill's attractions, including the 700-year-old Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion with its seven turrets and terrace offering views of Pest.

From the Castle District, board a public bus and ride up Gellért Hill with your guide. Discover the narrative of Bishop Gellért, the background of the Citadel, and the story of the Statue of Liberty. A breathtaking view of the city can be seen from Gellért Hill's summit.

You may glimpse the Gellert Baths' Art Nouveau building after descending the slope. The city's largest indoor market, the Great Market Hall, is a must-see.

With the individually designed city tour you get a good insight into the various sights and can then decide which places you would like to visit again. Our guide - Agnes - really impressed us with her immense knowledge of the city and its history. We really enjoyed the tour with her. At this point, many thanks again!

Eva our guide is a wonderful woman. The tour was amazing reach of so many informations she provided us that we wanted to write everything down. She is really like the perfect guide should be. Gentle, kind, emphatic, full of knowledge about the history and not only. It was a great experience thanks to her. We are really satisfied. Thank you Eva!

Our guide was just great and we had an unforgettable day. Since we were traveling with 9 people, including two pairs of grandparents, we got a bit off schedule and the guide was so nice and accompanied us through the city for over 11/2 hours longer than originally thought. The additional effort was absolutely limited, so that we saw everything, could go at our own pace and spent a great day together. She showed us all the important sights, showed us little secrets and hidden corners, paused with us in a beautiful coffee and then said goodbye to us in the castle district to a very tasty and inexpensive eatery.

We spent half a day with Péter Balogh, who informed us very competently about the history and the individual sights of the city. But we would also like to emphasize that Péter speaks excellent German and was therefore able to tell one or the other anecdote in a very humorous way. So: If you want to get to know Budapest, in German, through a likeable contemporary, you should come back to Péter...
