We have only had great experiences with city tours with bike tours - ideal for getting an overview and basic information. We had Thomas as a German-speaking guide and it was exciting, informative and fun. The wooden e-bikes were great, the support was always right on all inclines. Clear recommendation!

We had Kristina as our tour guide, she was amazing. The history of Budapest/Hungary is fascinating, we really went into the older history of the country, and ended in current day. Our tour guide was friendly informative and the coffee shop/snack was to die for..do it!

This is a great value-for-money tour that covers all the main points of interest. Our guide, Lina, was nice and very knowledgeable. However, it was hard to hear her sometimes, and we fell behind a few times, struggling to keep up with the fast walking pace. A decent tour overall.

Daniel met me like an old friend in Budapest. He knows every corner very well. And he explains the history with so much passion. He also takes care of everything you need on te tour- including hot beverages, water, warm blankets and much more. The ride is totally worth every penny because Budapest is such a huge city and there can be so many tourist traps. But Daniel is the most genuine guide I have ever had and I would HIGHLY recommend booking his tour. Thanks Daniel for making me fall in love with Budapest!

Excellent value for money and a really great tour- Dori was lovely and very professional, teaching us a great deal about the city and its history. We were able to take breaks off the bus for photographs and to see selected sites. Overall was a really great experience- thanks Dori (and driver)

We spent half a day with Péter Balogh, who informed us very competently about the history and the individual sights of the city. But we would also like to emphasize that Péter speaks excellent German and was therefore able to tell one or the other anecdote in a very humorous way. So: If you want to get to know Budapest, in German, through a likeable contemporary, you should come back to Péter...

Such good value, get the time of sunset and add one hour to make sure you get the lights. As others have mentioned get in line early to secure a spot on the top deck. We arrived about 45 mins early and were first in line. You collect your tickets from the booth just next to the pier, simple process. Loved seeing the lights and buildings from this perspective. This charter boat was much better than others as it had cover over the top deck just in case of rain.

Our guide was just great and we had an unforgettable day. Since we were traveling with 9 people, including two pairs of grandparents, we got a bit off schedule and the guide was so nice and accompanied us through the city for over 11/2 hours longer than originally thought. The additional effort was absolutely limited, so that we saw everything, could go at our own pace and spent a great day together. She showed us all the important sights, showed us little secrets and hidden corners, paused with us in a beautiful coffee and then said goodbye to us in the castle district to a very tasty and inexpensive eatery.

Very nice moment, romantic decor, well-cooked and hearty meal, music that takes local or more jazzy standards, and above all, the spectacle of the banks of the Danube illuminated by the emblematic monuments of the city, Bridges, Parliament, Mathias Church, Castle. ..Not to be missed, good value for money.

Eva our guide is a wonderful woman. The tour was amazing reach of so many informations she provided us that we wanted to write everything down. She is really like the perfect guide should be. Gentle, kind, emphatic, full of knowledge about the history and not only. It was a great experience thanks to her. We are really satisfied. Thank you Eva!

Lovely boat that had an old fashioned feel about it . Food was good & drinks were decent . The folk band played a good selection of songs . Only downside was our waitress for the evening never showed up after the first 10 minutes . Would do it again next time we visit

Initially I thought we wouldn’t be able to find a tour as direct sales and every operator had sold out for when we were free. Shuttles from Budapest were the only company who had tickets which was brilliant. The tour was amazing and the building beautiful. Instructions of where to meet were sent by WhatsApp and were very clear. I hadn’t realised that the river cruise was at night until Susana WhatsApp messaged apologised for the time of the parliament visit being brought forward. I said we couldn’t make it as we’d be at the airport and she was very kind and changed the river cruise to a day time one. We were lucky that when we came out of parliament there was a military procession for Botswana dignitaries which was an extra bonus. Thank you again Susana, highly recommended!

We were just on a 2 day visit, and were glad that just in 3.5 hrs we could see the majority of important things of Budapest. Monika was our guide, and she was excellent in providing us with the history of Budapest, and also to answer our other questions about the city. She had so much knowledge to share about this city. The strudel house stop was an amazing addition in this walking tour, where we get good 20-30 mins break. Recommend this tour to the tourists who visit the city.

Greg was a wonderful guide! He knew so much—talented in covering 1,000 years of history into a manageable time and making the city “come alive” and personal to each one of us. He has a great energy and welcomed any and all questions. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience, very kind, helpful and prepared guide. He accompanied us to the most interesting points of the city and gave us a brief explanation for each one. The bikes were of good quality, worked well, although the seat was a little hard considering the length of the tour. Price a little high, still highly recommended.
