Our Budapest dinner cruise was our first introduction to the city, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions we made! It was the perfect way to see all the main sights, beautifully illuminated along the river. The food was fantastic, especially the strudel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The traditional dancers were charming and friendly, and the live musicians created the perfect atmosphere, performing both classical pieces and authentic Hungarian tunes.

A pleasant experience

We were glad we booked window seats. This meant we were on the upper deck in a smaller room. The music was ok - but too loud. A piano player would have been enough. Most of the time we couldn't talk.

The most beautiful boat. With space ahead to watch the trip whenever you wanted - but the actual entry (under all Budapest's differently lit bridges) was breathtaking. Perfect service in every way and absolutely good food. A really nice experience. I have been on several of these evening boat tours - and this was the best.

Delicious food: goulash, beef stew, vegetable ragout, bread, salad, and strudel in a variety of flavors. Live music and stunning views from the boat provided a wonderful ending to our trip to Budapest.

I loved it. I think it was worth the extra money for the tour with live music and dancing. The dancing creates interactive moments for those who want to participate, and it's quite fun. I was a little confused with the tipping because I put mine in the musicians' jar, thinking it was for everyone, so when the dancers mentioned it, I ran out of money. The overall length of the tour was perfect for seeing the whole city. I usually get seasick on boats, but I didn't. My package included three drinks, and I chose lemonade since I don't drink alcohol. They were great.

WE LIKED:The Riverboat, very nice, very clean. The staff also very polite. The live music was excellent. The musicians sell their CD for 15 euros (5000 fiorints). The view to the Danube is amazing!

We booked this cruise for our first night in Budapest and was not disappointed! It is the perfect way to see all of beautiful buildings/bridges. We selected the cocktail option and we’re very satisfied as they were delicious (strong too so a little tipsy by the end of the night!) There was some entertainment too which involved some traditional dancing, this was lovely to watch. Would definitely recommend this cruise, all the staff were also very helpful and friendly!

We (my wife and 2 children) found this to be a nice boat trip for the money. Relatively limited seating room on the open deck part of the boat. The commentary was recorded and disjointed at times. Quite a few of the passengers were on the lunch option (lower deck) or ordered drinks and snacks on our (upper) deck. If you don't want a lengthy cruise and you're content to just look out of the window and enjoy the view then it's great. Very relaxed experience.

Beautiful evening activity, truly special. As for the food, for an organized activity, the quality is quite good, good choice. Excellent service and everything super coordinated! Really quality experience.
