This was a great experience from start to finish. Booking the tickets was quick and easy, the details of where to exchange the vouchers on the pier in Prague are simple and easy to follow. The actual cruise itself was fantastic, welcome drink (aperitif) as soon as you step on board, soft drink for the kids. Taken to your table and from there sit back relax. An effortless cruise down the river, got a couple of big thumbs up from 2 teenage boys 17 / 15. You order any you want drinks from your table, staff on board are very polite and friendly, not to mention very efficient. The buffet was great something for everyone from various meats, cheeses and hot food such as goulash. I could not recommend this enough.

Beautifully clean boat. Very attentive staff. Plenty to eat and with a very varied choice there was something for everyone. Whether hot or cold or a mix of both you could visit the buffet as many times as you wanted. To finish off a great mix of puddings/cakes and cheese. Entertainment was included by an accordionist who sometimes burst into song as we were enjoying our delicious lunch. The only downside, which wasn’t their fault, was that we couldn’t travel the length of the River as was advertised. We were warned beforehand but didn’t feel the need to complain as we were leaving Prague that evening!

The cruise was lovely and the food was fantastic. The staffs are very helpful and friendly and the 2 hours went by very quickly. You go quite a distance down the river which is better than some of the other tours available. We went in January, so the boat was about a third full which we loved. However, it probably would be busier during peak months and this could change the feel of the tour as the staff will be busier and there will be more people around you. However, we would thoroughly recommend this tour as a lovely way to see Prague from a different view point.

my partner and I booked this tour as Karlovy Vary has been on my bucket list for years. Stunning place. lovely tour guide. very knowledgeable and helpful. you can try water from the hot springs, which was an experience. We spent some free time in the thermal hotel spa. we used the outdoor pool and the 8 saunas. highly recommended

The three of us had a guided tour and it was great. Our guide explained everything very well and we learned a lot about Prague. In addition, the guide was well versed in history and well educated. He spoke German perfectly and it was the best tour in Prague we have ever had. Absolutely recommendable and entertaining TOP !!!

An excellent tour to a beautiful place. The driver was on time at the pick up point and he was very kind. The tour guide was very enlightened and he answered to all of our questions. It was a great experience and a must for anyone visiting Prague to go the karlovi cary using this guided tour.

Incredible - our previous activity was cancelled 12 hours before we were due to go and booked this as an alternative and I’m glad I did. Food was excellent. Staff were very attentive and the deck chairs upstairs were a nice surprise. Book. You won’t be disappointed.

Albert was an expert guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. The process to book was easy and we were able to reach immediately with our last minute questions the night before our tour. We would highly recommend and if you are in Prague ask for Albert!

Lovely afternoon seeing the sights of Prague by water. Food excellent and plentiful, everything was restocked often. Drinks good staff couldn’t do enough for you. An accordionist serenaded us and burst in to song regularly. A must do if visiting Prague!

Nice tour. The museum part wasn’t extremely engaging and the audio guide talked for so long at each thing that it felt difficult to take anything in and my partner and I ended up just reading it. However, the chocolate sampling (3 fountains, some chocolate block dispensers and Lindt balls) were so good. So liberal, no one telling you not to go back for more and delicious. I think you get your money back there!

The tour was nice but - unlike promised - without any explanation of the sights we passed and without maps. The meal was rich and tasty but the waiting queue was long. If there were two food distribution points instead of one the comfort for the guests would have been higher. The waiters were really professional and guest-orientated.

Excellent food and staff were lovely. Overall experience was great but only realised there was an upper deck later in cruise which was better than the warmer dining area after we had eaten. If possible ask to sit next to an open window for a breeze and the glass section is hard to see out of!

Really enjoyed this river cruise. The boat was excellent and table service for your drinks. There was plenty of food although perhaps it would have been nice if there was more options for vegetarians but the cheese and bread certainly kept me full. I definitely recommend this to friends.

The food was much better than expected. Musician on board was very friendly. You spend more time eating than I thought, and we didn't look at the sights much. There was also no information about the sights as you walked by and I thought there would be an audio guide or something

The service was very nice and helpful, the only drawback was that we got a seat behind a foggy glass and we couldn't see anything at all. The food was great. I generally recommend it. It is worth coming 15/20 minutes before departure to take better places.
