There were only 12 of us on the boat, table of 6, table of four and table of 2. The trip along the canals took usvto few different places to the standard tourist cruises. The meal was provided by a restaurant that we moored alongside and they brought the starter, then off we went to cruise a bit more and moored up to collect the main course and deserts. The food was really good. the boat was a lovely boat which was originally used on one of the Italian lakes. even in the middle of one of the coldest spells in Amsterdam in the last 10byears, it was warm and comfortable. A really memorable evening, our waitress was first class and most helpful.

Great and unique to do a high tea on a beautiful saloon boat! The high tea itself was delicious with both savoury and sweet delicacies, we enjoyed it! The service very friendly and the skipper very experienced! We fell with our noses in the butter, because we had the opportunity to sail a bit with the SAIL OUT. The canals are already beautiful, but this was really fantastic! The skipper has manoeuvred us very skilfully between thousands of other boats, boats and ships and you could see how well he could sail, because that was really not easy. All in all a great, delicious and magical experience!

Something different: the food wasn't prepared on the boat, but picked up from a top-rated restaurant. The food was great and the staff was super nice. The tour at Christmas time with the light shows was also very nice. But it all comes at a price. That's why I don't think common drinks like water and coffee should be charged separately at the end of the trip.

Monne de Miranda from shipping company Amstelland is a beautiful boat. Very well looked after and everything is clean and well maintained. With toilet and kitchen on board. You can determine the route in consultation. We had a very good lunch on board. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Really worth it. Very good.

We enjoyed a dinner cruise along Amsterdam’s canals with delicious, fresh food straight from the restaurant. The captain was friendly and shared insights about the city’s highlights, and since it was during the Light Festival, we got to experience the stunning illuminated canals as well.

Hilde is a beautiful classic boat, delicious food, very friendly staff and a captain who even called us because we couldn't find the location in time and guided us there by phone. Nice way to see Amsterdam by candlelight from the water. We enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience. The Host & Captain added well to the adventure. The food was delicious and served by the chef. A great time we had and can recommend this as an excellent way to spend the evening.

The captain and his crew were super friendly. Very nice cruise and quality meals with a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts. Do it without hesitation.

Together with my granddaughter had a wonderful afternoon. Great high tea. Cruise through Amsterdam with explanation. A 10 for high tea and a 10 for the crew.

Fabulous experience. Magical. Beautiful food and great that the Chef came to explain the food. The Captain and Soraya were very welcoming and efficient.
