Climb aboard a vintage sailing boat and discover Lisbon from the water while enjoying a plate of traditional petiscos paired with a glass of white or rosé wine.
As you cruise along the river, take in wide views of the city skyline and its historic waterfront.

Sail past the monuments of the Belém district, including the Jerónimos Monastery and the Belém Tower.

Continue by the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, marking the historic departure point of Portuguese voyages of exploration.

Meeting point

The meeting point is at Doca de Belém, the dock located next to the famous Monument to the Discoveries.
When you arrive at Doca de Belém, walk along the marina area until you reach Gate 2, next to the orange Galp petrol station.
The gate is clearly marked with a large number “2” at the entrance to the dock.

While we had a bumpy start. Be aware to look at your messages from the captain because the meeting point can change and they are a 10 minute walk between them. With that said our captain Eduardo was great. The sail was well worth the money. Total of 6 couples were on our tour. Plenty of room for all of us. Not a bad seat on the boat. Sunset cruise was perfect with wine flowing and a nice snack of meat and cheeses served by the first mate. Eduardo explained monuments around the city clearly. I highly recommend.

This was probably the highlight of my stay in Lisbon. The crew were so lovely and informative of the city's history, and the ride was just so peaceful and beautiful. The wine and food tasting was a nice touch. Would recommend doing this as your final activity in the city on your last night, because it ties everything together.

This was our first time on a sailboat, and it was an unforgettable experience. Eduardo and Carlotta were incredibly warm and welcoming, the views were absolutely stunning, and the snacks and beverages were delicious - we highly recommend trying the green wine! The music and overall atmosphere made for a perfectly relaxing time on the water. We truly couldn’t recommend this experience more. It was a beautiful highlight of our trip to Lisboa.
