On this day trip from Milan, discover the stunning lakeside towns of Como and Lugano, which are surrounded by lush mountain scenery. Enjoy some downtime to explore each city as you travel comfortably in a spacious coach.
Take a coach trip from Milan to Como and take in the views of the mountains. During your free time, take a guided walking tour of the historic district and shop in the nearby boutiques.
An hour-long sightseeing cruise takes you across the crystal-clear waters of the lake. Before boarding the bus and crossing the Swiss border, take in the stunning mountain scenery and villas along the lake.
When you get to Lugano, take a walking tour with a local guide to the most elegant and popular areas of the city's pedestrianized center. Take a stroll down Nassa's sophisticated shopping street, which used to be where the city's women made fishing nets.
Take in the alpine views of soaring mountain peaks, green meadows, and glistening blue water when you visit the Casin Lugano on the shore. At the conclusion of your excursion, return to Milan.

We had Inna as our tour guide, she really took care of me yesterday. I was the only one who had disability and she made sure that I was safe and comfortable and able to catch up with the group. We had the Como and Lugano tour and they are both beautiful places, especially Como.

We really liked our bus driver Domenico and our guide was amazing! She provided lots of great details, and was engaging. The one improvement would be to lessen the time in Lugano to 1.5 hours and increase the time touring around Lake Como.

This day trip was beyond amazing. Our tour guide Guissepina was very patient, calm and knowledgeable. She really took care of us. We met at the meeting point at about 8.50 am and got handed our audio materials. At 9am we set off for Como on the very comfortable coach. We arrived Como after an hour and had a guided tour of the beautiful city. Then we were left to wander on our own for about 30 mins. We met up again and headed to the port to wait for our boat to take us across the lake. The views were amazing! Breathtaking! The cruise lasted an hour and we came back to land. We went straight to have lunch and rested for about half an hour. We met up again at about 2pm to join the coach taking us to Lugano. We got to Lugano after about 50 mins, our passports didn’t get checked at the border but I have heard it gets checked randomly. We had a guided tour of Lugano then left to wander on our own for about 1.5 hours. We met again at about 5.30pm to take the train back to Milan. Wonderful!!!

Our original trip to lugano and cuomo was cancelled, but was swapped out for a trip to lake como and bellagio. Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately our boat tour was cut short a bit due to some issues, but our bus was able to save the day! We lost time in bellagio due to it, and with the cancellation that’s why its a 4/5 for me. If not, it would be an easy 5 stars

Starting point of the tour
Meet at the Milan Visitor Center at the corner of Largo Cairoli and Foro Buonaparte. The nearest metro stations are Cairoli M1 (red line, exit to via Cusani) or Lanza M2 (green line, exit to Foro Buonaparte). The bus departs from the bus stop in front of the Milan Visitor Center.
