Making your own authentic Italian meal from scratch with the finest, freshest, and most flavorful ingredients is the best option because everyone loves Italian food.

Start your day in Milan at 8 a.m., with your guide assisting you throughout the day. You will take the train to Como, where you will take the ferry to Blevio, where you will take your cooking class. In front of a beverage and snacks, discuss the day's menu to begin class. After that, start preparing recipes from every region of Italy. You will only use ingredients that are fresh and easy to find.

Your cooking instructor will discuss the history and origin of each dish and pair it with the best wine to go with it before serving it.

You could make your own pasta or risotto for the main course. The dessert, like the most popular Tiramisù, is the cherry on top. When everything is cooked after two and a half hours of teamwork, you can all enjoy lunch with good Italian wine.

Your guide will take you back to Como for a nice walking tour after lunch, and around 5 p.m., you'll be back in Milan.
