"The ride was beautiful. One hour tour was to have included glass of prosecco or soft drink. The included beverage was never offered. The “guided” tour was practically non existent. The captain/tour guide could not be heard, failed to project his voice."

The whole experience from beginning to end was awesome. Instructions were very clear of where to meet, boat was super nice and comfortable. The blankets and prosecco were great.
