FOR JOINING THE TERMS FOR GUIDES AND TRANSMITTING INFORMATION TO THE PLATFORM

By signing and submitting this application form, I, acting as a guide (“Guide”)¹:

• (a) Ask OÜ Travel Nerd, a company, registered under the laws of the Republic of Estonia at: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 3 // 5 // 7, 10145, registry code 16388532 (“Company”), to conclude an agreement with me under the Terms for Guides (“Terms”) published at: https://alle.travel/en/pages/terms-for-guides. 

• (b) Ask the Company to create an Account on the Platform on my behalf according to clause 3.9 of the Terms. For this purpose, I will provide the Company with information specified in clause 3.1 of the Terms. 

• (c) Ask the Company to publish on the Platform information about my current Travel Services according to clause 6.12 of the Terms using the following platform or other source:

  For this purpose, I will provide the Company with all necessary data and access to transmit or otherwise enter such information to the Platform. 

• (d) Acknowledge that my personal data will be transferred to the Company for the purpose of conclusion and performance of the Terms and processed in accordance with Privacy Policy, available at the https://alle.travel/en/pages/alle-privacy-policy.
