the meeting spot for this trip was very convenient. I loved being able to "skip the line" and have the guides waiting as we were able to use the restroom or grab a snack at the cafe while the guides were the first people in line. waiting for the audio set was about the only painful part as you're unable to skip that line :-) I would have even liked for the trip to be longer to give you more time in the palace but still feel I had enough time to see what is needed to be seen.

Discover the Palace of Versailles on this hassle-free tour from Paris, including a comfortable roundtrip journey and an informative audioguide. Meet your driver at one of two convenient departure points in Paris and embark on a comfortable bus journey to Versailles, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed monument. Upon arrival, a trilingual host will lead you to the château where you can explore the historic site at your own pace with an informative audioguide available in 11 languages. The audioguide tells the fascinating story of how the Palace of Versailles grew from a small hunting lodge to a sprawling estate with a court and government under French King Louis XIV.

Discover the opulent State Apartments and the dazzling Hall of Mirrors, which reflects the beauty of the chandeliers and the large windows that let in plenty of light. See where Louis XIV, also known as the "Sun King," held court, and learn about the daily life, history, and politics of the monarchy during your visit. Take some time to stroll through the Palace Gardens, designed by the famous André Le Nôtre, and admire their magnificence before returning to Paris.

If you visit from May to October, you can enjoy the Musical Fountains & Gardens Shows, where you can watch as the water features light up in a spectacular show with classical music playing in the background, adding to the splendor of your day in Versailles. This tour is an unforgettable experience for all those who want to delve deep into French history and enjoy the magnificent beauty of one of France's most iconic landmarks.
