Great tour of Versailles, very informative. We thought we missed it because our public transportation was delayed. We got there right on time, not 15 minutes early as requested. We were running around like crazy people looking for the bronze horse (which is outside the main gate) Luckily we were able to call the help line and they connected directly with the guide who was also running late due to public transportation issues. Luckily it all worked out and we had a lovely tour.

Fab was a great guide and definitely led us around the highlights of Versailles, giving us a lot of information about each room and the gardens. The only issue was that since the company organized multiple tours all starting around the same time, there seemed to be a lot of confusion for which tour each guide was leading. Either way, it was still worth it to book the tour as we got to skip the entry line and stay longer after the tour as well.

Enjoyed the tour. Finding all of these tours you arrive early/on time and wait, don’t sweat the 9:30 arrival time for a 9:45 tour. Guide was okay. We have done a few tours this week and had more enthusiasm from other providers. That being said, we appreciate the direction as doing the museum on our own would have been aimless wandering.

I am mostly appreciative of the customer support I received when I called. Thank goodness my tour guide was delayed so I was able to meet at the meeting place and get the needed info for me and my traveling companion. Other than the crowds, it was a great experience.
