Amazing experience. The guide Sebastian is very competent and friendly. He always explained and answered questions in an exciting way. There were no "dead moments." After all his explanation, he informed us how we should proceed to climb to the Top and then go to the 1st floor. All the explanation took place on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend this experience.

Among the crowds at the Eiffel Tower, one is grateful for a guide Billy has bridged the waiting times that still arise well and charmingly. The tour was well organized and the meeting place not far from the Eiffel Tower. So thumbs up, even if it's not a bargain

If it weren’t for our guide Catalina I would have given it a 3 or 4 star review. Catalina was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and seemed to love the experience. It is a basic tour through security and up to the second floor where you split off after the tour is over and you are free to roam the Eiffel Tower. All in all a reasonable price for a nice tour.

My husband and I enjoyed this activity. It’s certainly more expensive than purchasing tickets directly from the Eiffel tower’s website, but those were all sold out on the dates we were in Paris, so this was our next best option and it worked out well for us. We got a nice tour with a guide pointing out noteworthy buildings, and then had all the free time we wanted to explore on our own.

The ticket recovery point is very close to the Tower. Convenient to be able to go in groups and skip the long lines. However, access is not super quick due to the various security controls and influx of people waiting for the elevator, but once inside the climb is very quick. Very nice that arrived on the second floor there is the explanation of the guide on all 4 sides of the Tower.

Madeline was ok, but the organisation have to be better. On the 2nd floor of the AT the is a 2 levels and we as a group were divided in 2 elevators, without info where is a meeting point over there. So we lose 15 min to find each other. Madeline was ok.

Meeting in front of the History Group and reception by Guide worked wonderfully! Very friendly and nice woman who led us past the long queue at the Eiffel Tower. That's the best thing about the whole thing! Otherwise, you don't understand the address and information from the guide through the crowd well, there is too much going on at the Eiffel Tower for that. And what should definitely be noted: it's not for children

We went to pick up the ticket, and they were punctual, they put Santiago as a guide and it was a success, he spoke English and Spanish. We went up with him to the second floor...he explained a lot of topics and curiosities to us. And then he gave us instructions to go up to the third floor.

Excellent organization and communication prior to tour. Takes the anxiety out of visiting a VERY busy monument. Skip the line was about 10 minutes vs. two hours in line. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable. We also got great tips on how to exit quickly to get to our next tour. Highly recommend.

We booked the tickets at home. Meeting point near the Eiffel Tower in a ticket office. The guide was very nice and punctual. We went directly to the tower, 2 entrance controls. The guide tells a little bit about the Eiffel Tower in English while we were waiting for the elevator. He goes directly to the 2nd platform. We are right up to the very top, for this you have to get into a separate elevator. We were a small group of 10-15 people. Everything worked out wonderfully!
