• For the Louvre and cruise option :
• The time you booked is for guided visit of the Louvre, it's only valid on the day and the time selected. Please DO NOT go straight to the museum's entrance, meet the guide at the meeting point
• The river cruise ticket is valid for any day during the next six months; it runs approximately every 30 minutes, 7 days a week, departing from Alma Bridge, a few minutes away from the Eiffel Tower
• There are many steps in the Louvre and wheelchairs are NOT permitted on this tour
• During the summer, the Louvre is busier than usual due to the large number of visitors
• If you are late, we will not be able to issue you with a ticket as this is a group booking
• This tour is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
• Once you have exited the wings and are under the pyramid, you cannot re-enter the rooms
• Please do not bring any luggage nor double baby strollers; you cannot enter the Louvre with them
• Any children joining must be booked on the tour

The Louve visit in the evening was amazing (in my opinion the best time to visit I got nice and close to Mona Lisa with only a couple people there) Great instructions given on the day to my email. Tickets for cruise were sent at the same time. The most excellent part of this purchase by far was the option cruise. Our cruise operator was “Bateaux-Mouches” a lovely port well decorated for Christmas. A lovely boat too, which as we travelled along was by far superior. A utterly magical experience book this experience you will not be disappointed.

The louvre was actually flooded the day before our ticket (12/8) so we waited 1 hour for entry but they also only allowed ticket holders into the louvre that day, so we were glad we had the ticket!

This was a last minute booking for us in Paris and it was well worth it! Such a good way to see the louvre and Eiffel. We chose a noon louvre trip with the cruise at sunset, it was a perfect time to see Eiffel sparkling! Great value for money, would absolutely recommend this activity :)

Because I buy the date for 24th Dec which is really near the Christmas but the tickets were sold out on the official website, other activities on gyg were more expensive than this one, so that this is much better to let me go into the museum.

Excellent Driver, great narration from the prerecorded data played through the headset. I would prefer an actual person ( not the driver) providing the narration. But I learned a lot. I prefer a real reason with real interaction. Not just a recording which saves the company money. But a good tour!
