Journey to the largest, most well known Czech Spa — Karlovy Vary — just 2-hours away from Prague. Also known as Carlsbad, the founding of this town has been linked to Emperor Charles IV since 1358, when he built a hunting lodge here.

Learn about the 12 famous springs with temperatures from 40°C to 72°C, the most famous being Vridlo. Karlovy Vary is also famous for its local china and glass manufacturing industry.

After lunch, admire these products as you visit the Moser Glass Shop and the Thun Porcelain Shop. Finally, visit the Moser Glass Museum.

I had a really nice time in Karlovy Vary. We got to see the fountains and the atmosphere was lovely. We had Chicken Snitchzel for lunch which was cooked perfectly. One can skip the Moser Glass Museum Tour and instead spend more time in the town of karlovy Vary. That will be more worth it. Also, it was a great place for shopping.

the tour lasted 10 hours, however we left at 10.30 and not at 9 and returned at 18.20... almost 9 hours, 2 to go and 2 to return... the museum of movers shows a very bad movie... there are best on the Internet and we don't visit the crystal factory to see how they are made.
