Amazing experience! Our guide explained everything and gives us free time to exprore the city!

Excellent, the place is beautiful! It's worth it to the 💯
Joseph
Karlovy Vary a fairytale spa town, the spa disappointing. I recommend the tour without entry to the spa.

Driver George is knowledgeable. He shared many info about Czech and history during the way.

The guide is a native of Carlovy Vary so he explained everything very well to us!! They tell you that they are going to pick you up at the hotel and it is true, but what they do not tell you is that when you return, they leave you on the outskirts in a place lost by the hand of God where you have to find your life to return to your hotel. The teddy bear factory is totally dispensable, it is money that you can save since it is not worth it...

The tour was excellent, a stop to see the manufacture of Moser crystals, I loved seeing how they are made, then a lunch included with a light vegetable soup and grilled chicken with potatoes, the cities of karlov vary are beautiful the guide is very attentive, takes pictures and it helps to keep the pace to know EVERYTHING, then mariánské lázně another BEAUTIFUL city would repeat the tour.

Good tour. A tour guide had a sense of humor, be open-minded and knowledgeable about Czech culture and architectures. She took care us in a kind and careful manner during the trip.

We had an excellent and knowledgeable guide who shared the history of the Czech Republic, Prague, and Karlovy Vary with us. The bus was comfortable and had working wifi throughout the trip. The stop at Moser Glass Factory was fascinating. And the time in karlovy vary felt long enough to appreciate the beauty and too short to appreciate all this historical corner has to offer.

This is truly a beautiful place. It is a good stroll through the city so comfortable shoes are a must. The moser factory tour was not something that I would do again. It was 100 degrees inside and I was not able to finish the tour. It was with people that spoke three languages so having it translated in 100 degree room with 20 people did not work well for me and my daughter. I loved the tour of the city and enjoyed seeing a bit of the countryside.

Karlovy Vary is definitely worth a visit. There are already plenty of beautiful old houses to admire in Prague, but here it is much more pleasant to enjoy. We had a small tour with a total of 5 participants and 2 tour guides… (due to the languages). The minibus was great and everything was just right in terms of time. Can only recommend this tour.
Angela
The trip and our guides were fine. In the spa the saunas didn't work.
Julia M.
the tour lasted 10 hours, however we left at 10.30 and not at 9 and returned at 18.20... almost 9 hours, 2 to go and 2 to return... the museum of movers shows a very bad movie... there are best on the Internet and we don't visit the crystal factory to see how they are made.

The excursion has been very good and the site is recommended. The guide has been very kind and has explained everything very well. In relation to the price, a bit expensive for what it includes, transfer from Prague and guide. Still, it's worth it. Thank you

Everything was perfectly organized and we had a very pleasant experience with the kids! This is a highly recommended day-trip!!!

I had a really nice time in Karlovy Vary. We got to see the fountains and the atmosphere was lovely. We had Chicken Snitchzel for lunch which was cooked perfectly. One can skip the Moser Glass Museum Tour and instead spend more time in the town of karlovy Vary. That will be more worth it. Also, it was a great place for shopping.

It was a very nice tour to a picturesque town. Our guide was informative and helpfull. Didn't have time for spa but the visit worth it. i think more free time should be arranged for participants of this tour to see the town and shops and go to Diana's Tower to see the panoramic views.
Fabiola
The time in the spa was not what was indicated in the reservation, it was much less time (it said 2 hours and it was only 45 min.)
Pavel
Wonderful trip, great restaurant for lunch and great guide. The town is beautiful and the tour was very informative. Only improvement would be changing the Spa to a location with Hot Spring pools.

The best thing was undoubtedly our endearing guide Ian, who in addition to doing the tours, explained to us what life is like in his country. It was a wise move to combine both cities, since each one separately would have been somewhat small for such a long journey, especially Marianske Lazne. In both cities we had around 1 hour of free time to wander around as we pleased, shop or have a drink. The food was more correct than expected from the comments, a menu in a hotel with the option of choosing between two starters and two seconds. The two cities are very beautiful and well-kept. The tour was done despite only two people signed up. The price of the excursion to a single city is somewhat high compared to what it would cost to travel on your own (about €60 compared to about €10 by bus). Taking that into account, the extra cost for visiting the two cities is not that much and, above all, it is the only viable option to see the two cities without renting a car.

The guide, Martin, phenomenal. The site is worth it. The regular food.
