What to expect

Explore Venice Lido and the Pellestrina islands riding an e-bike, and discover the magical atmosphere of the lagoon.

See St. Nicholas Abbey. Every year from this church the traditional thanksgiving mass of the Sposalizio del Mare, or 'Marriage of the Sea', is celebrated. As well, see the Nicelli historical airport, one of the first built in Italy. Visit the Liberty Villas and the Murazzi, Malamocco historical center. the first Venetian lagoon civilization center. Discover the Golf course, one of the oldest and most beautiful in Italy, built around an ancient Austrian fortress, and, of course, relax on the beaches with their fine sands.

Take a 10 minute ferry trip to Pellestrina Island to see the Mose, a project intended to protect the city of Venice and the Venetian Lagoon from flooding. As well, enjoy the sight of the quaint and colorful fisherman's houses. It's an experience not be be missed.
