Roll up your sleeves and create fresh pasta (“pasta fresca”) under guided instruction, then prepare seasonal sauce and bake a tray of roasted vegetables or fruit. For dessert, learn the authentic Tiramisù recipe — plus some gelato to sweeten the experience.

Once everything is ready, choose your spot at the table, enjoy your homemade multi-course meal along with wine or water, and finish with a classic Italian coffee. You’ll also take home the recipes to recreate the dishes.
