Giethoorn Small Group Day Tour with Boat Cruise

Excellent day out with Anzi and other travelers from Singapore and Saudi Arabia. As promised, we avoided the crowds in visiting the charming village of Giethoorn, had a lovely (extended) boat ride on the canals of the village, a delightful lunch, all with the guidance of super tour guide Anzi.

This small group trip to Giethoorn was perfect! Our tour guide was the best and he made our experience magical!! Highly recommend this wonderful trip.

What a day from start to finish! I spent months researching which tour to pick and we are so glad we went with this one. Anzi communicated regularly leading up to the tour and morning of. The ride to Giethoorn was pleasant in his van and filled with interesting commentary. He helped us to navigate around the crowds in the small boat he reserved for us. We had plenty of time for photos (he took some for us!) and to relax and enjoy this fairyland. The lunch stop was a nice place and we ordered drinks, entrees, and dessert. This was the highlight of our trip to Amsterdam! Don’t hesitate to book this tour. For us, avoiding crowds was our most important reason to go (plus seeing somewhere fabulous!) and Anzi made it happen. Ten stars!

A really lovely village on the canals. Depends on what time of year you go. We went Dec and it was nice and quiet. You have a small electric boat and just glide around the canals taking pictures of the beautiful houses. We also had lunch in a restaurant overlooking the canal. Great meal great service. Don't miss this trip.

Our guide took the best care of us. From the very start to the end, he was always offering tips, suggestions and great directions. He was very well informed and known by the destruction people as well as. It’s a shame we can only suggest 5 stars for him, he deserves 11!

Don’t bother with going on your own or hiring a big bus tour, just book this one. Perfectly timed day with a peaceful boat tour and plenty of time to walk around and explore on our own and have lunch. Took the hassle and stress out of everything. Thank you, Anzi!

Anzi was an amazing guide in Giethoorn! He got us on the canals early, before the crowds, and even took us to quiet spots the big tours don’t visit. It was absolutely breathtaking and so peaceful. If you’re thinking about a large group tour, skip it. A smaller tour with Anzi is 100% the way to go. Highly recommend!

Anzi was great. No tour guide can control the weather, but Anzi pulled our all his tricks to give use the best experience possible.

Giethoorn was on our bucket list of places to visit, and it totally lived up to the hype. Our guide Anzi made everything so much more special. He knew the inside tricks to avoid the crowds, and even during the high tourist season in August, we almost had Giethoorn to ourselves with very few tourists. We cannot recommend this activity and Anzi highly enough.
