Some minor areas for improvement on hot days: more ice in the cooler to keep the sodas and beer cold (yes, I'm from the USA) and keep the wine in the shade so it won't be hot. Also, on Get Your Guide, the tour is labeled handicapped accessible; it was not.

The quaint buildings and bridges along the canals were stunning and our captain was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Particularly impressive was the member of staff Martin who made our experience even better by impressing us with his knowledge and friendliness. Complimentary drinks on board also added to the pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
